Where can I find my PayPal Vouchers?
On the web:
Log in with your PayPal account and click on the Payment Methods. Your PayPal cashback voucher will appear under ‘Saved Offers’.
On the app:
Log in to the app. Your PayPal voucher will appear under ‘Offers’.
You’ll need to download the PayPal app, log in and check ‘Offers’ section in the bottom part of the app homepage to find your cashback voucher.
To report an unauthorised transaction:
Go to Resolution Centre.
Click Report a problem.
Find transaction & follow steps
To check or cancel your pre-approved billing agreements:
Go to Settings.
Click Manage automatic payment.
Select the merchant’s name or email address.

To convert a currency balance:
Go to Wallet.
Then to convert the currency, click the three vertical dots.

How do I upgrade an Individual account to a Business account
here is how to upgrade to a Business account:
- Go to your Account Summary.
- Now Upgrade to a Business account by clicking on the bottom left of the page.
Follow the instructions to provide the required information.
