Online rent payment platforms are getting so much attraction lately. Even in the lockdown, these platforms have worked so well. After Housing.com, CRED has also launched its CRED RentPay, and RedGiraffe also came up with a new offer structure on HSBC bank credit cards.
Following all these, Housing.com has also launched the Pay Rent feature on its platform. Previously this has used to look for property for rent/buy only.
It allowed rent transfer through debit card, credit card, and UPI. Housing.com is launched in the form of app-only, and shortly they will launch their website.

|Rent Settlement||~1 hour|
The above table explains the reward system of this platform. On paying rent through Housing.com, you will instantly get rewarded with the rewards. Same as that of CRED.
You will get different kinds of coupons in the form of rewards from Faasos, Midlife, Beardo, and more.
Housing.com Payment Process
You can pay rent in these 4 steps:
- Enter your details
- Enter the details of your landlord’s bank account
- Property details
- Enter the amount to be paid & checkout
They use Razorpay as a payment gateway, which is safe and secure. Payment will be transferred to your landlord within an hour or less.
On and on, it is an excellent product with a fantastic user interface and quick settlement process. This also works the same as CRED and RedGiraffe.
While if you hold the American Express or Diners credit card, you have to go for RedGiraffe or CRED because Housing.com does not support cards from this network. It only has Visa & Mastercard as its payment gateway.
On paying rent through Housing.com, you will get a reward from Housing.com as well as from a credit card issuer.
If any one of you has used this, feel free to share your thoughts.
